Bergman and Associates is Representing the Family of Bony Jean-Pierre

Bergman and Associates (Michael N. Bergman) represents the family of Bony Jean-Pierre, a black person, who was shot and killed by a Montreal Police officer during a raid on an apartment in 2016. The police officer was recently acquitted of man slaughter. Mr. Jean-Pierre was unarmed and was attempting to jump out of a ground story window.
